How do I become a dealer?

  • To become a Coton Colors dealer, complete the online application form found HERE or call (877) 801-1292 and speak to an Account Manager or Sales Representative.
  • You will be notified within 48 hours of your access to the wholesale website. This notification will be a pre-approval for your account. {Note: Wholesale website access approval does not mean dealer approval. Dealer approval occurs once a Sales Representative has reviewed your account}
  • Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of your account status by the Sales Representative for your territory.
  • All incoming registrations will be reviewed and account acceptance will determined within 10 business days.

Where can I sell Coton Colors?

It is important to us to partner with retailers who have invested in our brand and made a commitment to the line.

  • Coton Colors products can only be sold in “brick and mortar” retail locations.
  • Coton Colors products may not be sold to other resellers or to distributors, flea markets, eBay, Etsy, consignment shops, booth-type rental spaces or at fairs or home parties.

What is a minimum opening order?

Coton Colors has a large product line within several collections. Each of these collections has its own programs with minimum purchase requirements. After your account has been approved, your Sales Representative will be in contact with you to assist you with an opening order and answer any questions you have.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • Coton Colors prefers payment in the form of a credit card. We accept all major cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • All first orders must be paid with a credit card.
  • Coton Colors offers terms on a limited basis after credit approval. There is a $25 credit application fee.
  • Please contact your Sales Representative or Account Manager for additional information or to apply for terms.

How do I update my account information?

When will my order ship?

  • All in stock items should be shipped within three business days of the order being placed.
  • Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Tallahassee, FL.
  • If you need your order by a certain date, please contact your Sales Representative or Account Manager.
  • Coton Colors designs are available on a ”first-shipped, first-served” basis and we are not able to hold product. We encourage you to receive products as soon as they become available to ensure you get the products your customers want.
  • Anticipated ship dates are located at the top of your order. Please note that any order with ship dates on the 17th of a month are estimated ship dates for new or out of stock merchandise. We will ship these items as soon as they arrive.
  • If you wish to change the ship date of a future order, please notify us at least 10 days in advance of the ship date.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We hope you are thrilled with all of your purchases, but if you need to make adjustments please be sure to contact your Sales Representative or Account Manager.

  • Order changes and cancellations must be made, in writing, at least 10 days prior to ship date.
  • Changes made less than 10 days prior to ship date may be in progress and subject to a restocking fee.

Can I put Coton Colors on sale?

Coton Colors has developed a pricing structure designed to protect all Coton Colors retailers and uphold the integrity of the brand. Please contact your Sales Representative or Account Manger with any questions.


  • Coton Colors enforces a MAP pricing policy that can be found HERE.
  • Coton Colors authorizes limited, advertised sales of its products. All sales must have an advertised start and end date, and cannot be longer than one week in duration.
  • Sales, discounts and promotions in the Happy Everything!™ collection are authorized during the bi-annual Get Happy parties and select other promotional events.

Is my order secure?

Yes. We use software that encrypts your private information. Your encrypted data is sent to us through a Secure Socket Layer {SSL} security protocol. This protocol is the industry standard for Internet security. {See Privacy Policy}

How do I check the status of an order/item?

An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been placed. For any questions on your order or a specific item, please e-mail or call (877) 801-1292.

How do I request a copy of an invoice?

An invoice copy will be sent via email once your order has been processed, charged and shipped.. For any questions on your invoice, please e-mail or call (877) 801-1292.

How do I file an order claim for damaged goods or incorrect items?

We try really hard to avoid mistakes, but unfortunately, it happens sometimes.

  • Please let us know of any issues with your order by filling out the online claim form HERE within five business days of receipt of shipment.
  • Our fulfillment team will contact you within 24 business hours of receiving your claim to provide next steps on your claim.

Who do I contact if I don’t know my password or login?

Forgot your password? No worries, we can help!

  • Click HERE and enter your email address in the “Forgot your password” section to request a new password.
  • You will receive a temporary password via email. If you do not receive the email in just a few minutes, please check your junk mail.
  • Once you are logged in with the temporary password, you will be directed to change your password to one of your choice.

What is the FTP site?

The FTP site is a website that houses the Coton Colors image library, in addition to our product images, social media resources and evergreen campaigns {designed to help you immediately start spreading the word that you’re a Coton Colors retailer} can be found on this site!

How do I access the general FTP site?

Logging in to the FTP site is simple. Just follow these directions:

  • Type http://files.coton-colors.com:81 into your web browser.
  • Enter the username and password given to you by your account manager.
  • Double click on the folder that contains the information you are seeking.
  • Select download option from top tool bar to download images.
